How Our Festivals Come to Life
Our team begins by walking the grounds and working closely with venue partners to understand the natural flow of the space. We craft a custom site plan that enhances foot traffic, highlights key features of the venue, and creates immersive storytelling zones. From grand entrances to reflective water installations and selfie-ready backdrops, every element is designed with visitor engagement in mind.
Site Mapping & Venue Design
Each lantern display begins as a hand-drawn sketch, inspired by cultural legends, nature, fantasy, or seasonal themes. Once designs are finalized, our international artisans bring them to life using steel frames, hand-painted fabrics, and thousands of LED lights. The result: breathtaking sculptures that range from whimsical creatures to towering dragons and glowing landscapes—all tailored to the identity of each festival.
Lantern Design & Fabrication
We curate a vibrant lineup of live entertainment to complement the lantern experience. This includes cultural dance troupes, acrobats, musicians, and interactive performers. Our programming is carefully scheduled to provide ongoing excitement throughout the night, offering moments of surprise, joy, and shared celebration.
Entertainment Programming
In partnership with cultural organizations and local artists, we create hands-on booths where guests can engage more deeply with the traditions behind the lanterns. From calligraphy and shadow puppetry to crafts and games, these experiences are designed to be both educational and fun for families and school groups.

Each festival launch is supported by a robust, data-driven marketing plan that includes digital advertising, PR, social media, and influencer partnerships. Our in-house sales team handles ticketing, group bookings, and affiliate promotions, ensuring high visibility and smooth customer experiences. Our past events have seen millions of views online and hundreds of thousands of tickets sold.
Marketing & Ticketing Strategy
From opening night to the final day, we handle staffing, security coordination, food vendor management, and nightly operations. Our team is on-site daily to ensure quality control, safety, and a seamless guest experience. Or if your venue has sufficient staffing we can implement the show and leave the operations to you!
